Elaine C. Turcan, DO, graduated from the University of Health Sciences, Kansas City, MO in 1988. Her internship was completed at Doctor’s Hospital, Groves, TX in 1989 and the residency was completed in 1992 at Wyoming Valley Family Practice Residency Program, Kingston, PA specializing in Family Practice. She is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Turcan is on the active staff of Wyoming Valley Health Care, Wilkes-Barre, PA.
